Responsibilities:

• Dive into payroll with enthusiasm, while offering essential support to our line managers on matters concerning labor laws, permits, and all things related to our team members' needs!
• Take charge of staff well-being, surprise andorganizing meetings and workshops to keep everyone inspired!
  
• Be part of exciting People & Cultureprojects from Headquarter
• Conduct regular surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the team member experience.
  
• Collaborate with our recruiter &hiring managers to recruitand onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new team members.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and team members on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead initiatives to promote learning and development, including training programs, mentorship opportunities, and career pathing.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management issues.
• Assist with team member relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Let's celebrate! From birthdays to work anniversaries, you'll be the party planner extraordinaire, making sure every milestone is a blast!

• Strong understanding of labor law and personnel administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in German and English; payroll experience is a bonus
