Performance Marketer Google Ads

About the Role

We're a fast-growing, European-headquartered AI SaaS startup building the future of automated business communication for SMEs. Backed by top-tier investors at the Seed stage, we've scaled rapidly and are continuing to grow our team in Vienna.

We're looking for a Performance Marketer – Google Ads to own and scale our paid acquisition engine across international markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full accountability for large and growing ad budgets. You'll work closely with a performance marketing team and Go-to-Market managers to drive measurable acquisition and conversion outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.

• Manage and scale large paid budgets (currently ~€150k/month, with a clear path toward €1M/month), with a performance-first mindset.

• Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

• Design and execute systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages.

• Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable, data-backed impact.

• Adapt campaign strategies to different market dynamics as we expand internationally.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing teammates and Go-to-Market managers.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Proven experience managing €150k+ monthly Google Ads budgets with potential to scale to €1M/month.

• Hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

• Demonstrated experience running and adapting international Google Ads campaigns across different markets.

• Strong ability to build, structure, and optimise Google Ads campaigns at scale.

• Experience designing and systematically testing campaign structures and landing pages.

• Data-driven approach to performance analysis and iterative optimisation.

• Strong English proficiency (company working language).

Nice to have:

• German language skills — a significant bonus given our key markets.

• Background in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech marketing.

• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €65,000 – €100,000 annually, depending on experience.
