Arbeitsbeschreibung - Performance Marketing Manager:in Schwerpunkt Social Media (m/w/d) Innsbruck

Developing, implementing and optimizing customized performance marketing campaigns on the platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok to increase bookings and brand awareness of the most beautiful hotels in the DACH market
Carrying out A/B tests to increase campaign efficiency, identifying concrete optimization measures
Managing the campaign budget, carrying out regular cost-benefit analyses
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive activities
Support in other performance areas such as SEO/SEA
