Mitarbeit bei der nationalen und internationalen Implementierung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Verfahren

Unterstützung bei der (Weiter)entwicklung von automatisierten Workflows und aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungsmaßnahmen 

Aufbereitung und Zusammenfassung von Richtlinien sowie Systempflege

Unterstützung bei der Teamadministration

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium

Gute IT-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement, -modellierung und Digitalisierung (Software ARIS, SharePoint und Power Platforms, wie BI, Apps, Automate) 

Begeisterung für die Themen Human Resources und Corporate Governance (insbesondere HR Prozessmanagement, Corporate Guidelines, HR Compliance und Compensation & Benefits) 

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 

Deine Arbeitsweise ist detailorientiert & strukturiert und du besitzt gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
