What You'll Do Build a strategic, long-term, value-based relationship with our top prospects and partners Become our partners trusted advisor Collaborate with internal departments to ensure overall account satisfaction Become a customer advocate internally Grow and prospect into dedicated accounts, working with the Partner Success teams Collaborate with leadership to establish a team growth plan for each account What You'll Bring 5+ years of Security or Backup Sales experience, with a successful track record in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English and German Experience with strategically growing large scale, complex accounts Sound understanding of territory management, i.e., planning, prospecting, and closing Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts Experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry is strongly preferred Salesforce experience, an asset Purple Perks 2 paid VoluNteer Days per year 2 company holidays Employee Stock Purchase Program Employee Assistance Program FuN-raising opportunities as part of our giving program N-ablite Learning – custom learning experience as part of our investment in you The Way We Work – our hybrid working model based on trust and flexibility
