We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. \n\n \n\n#### The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Process Technician at Lam, you are a vital part of the team in actively supporting process development, product development, and research and development (R\u0026D). You\u2019ll prepare material for tests, conduct experiments, process test runs, and present findings to the internal key stakeholders. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to Lam\u2019s commitment to innovation.\n\n#### What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Support Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions\n * Operate processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by process engineering teams to collect experiment results and to evaluate chemistry properties\n * Process test runs and prepares records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield optimization areas\n * Provide technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers\n * Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups\n\n\n\n#### Who we\u0027re looking for\n\n * Associates degree in technical field, technical certificate, college (HTL, Kolleg)\n * Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE), cleanroom suit\n * Foundational communication skills in English, reading and writing\n * Ability to work a shift schedule\n\n\n\n \n\n#### What We\u0027re Offering\n\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D-E, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
