Procurement Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

Your Opportunity

As a Procurement Operations Specialist your main responsibility is to manage purchase orders and to guarantee accurate, up-to-date information in our ERP system. You follow-up on overdue orders, you challenge implausible production plans, you check terms & prices and you create new products & vendors in our ERP system. As the data you are responsible for is the basis for the woom Sales & Operations Planning process, you create data-check mechanisms and routines with our vendors that allow you to keep the data quality at a high standard. Also, you work very closely with our sales & transport departments and you coordinate direct customer deliveries as well as stock deliveries with our vendors.

Your mission

• Create purchase orders in our ERP system


• Make sure all relevant data on deliveries and production orders are up to date in the ERP system


• Monitor delivery dates and production plans


• Communicate proactively with our suppliers in Asia and Europe


• Watch supplier capacities and ensure availability of new products


• Enter and maintain product & vendor master data in the ERP system


• Support the Teamlead of Procurement Operations and Planning
  

Your skills

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain (e.g. purchase order management, disposition) 


• Excellent German and English skills


• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and able to navigate and resolve ambiguity


• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft, SAP, etc.)


• Basic excel skills with willingness to improve

For this position, the CBA minimum is € 2.303 and we are willing to offer a significant overpayment in alignment with your experience and qualification. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
