🎯 Your Role

As a Product Manager, you'll own a part of our FM Operations Platform and work along the entire customer journey: from discovery through rollout to adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement.

You'll work directly with the CEO on product strategy and other strategic topics, complementing his way of working and helping translate vision into execution. You define the business priorities, our delivery team translates them into technical specifications. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to make sure what we build solves real problems, is commercially relevant, and actually lands with customers.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, works independently, spends a lot of time with customers, and doesn't just manage products but moves them forward.

🧩 Among other things, you will:

• Take ownership of your product area (e.g. AssetHub, RoboHub, CarHub, ServiceHub, TaskHub, or AI Agents like the AI Support Manager)


• Work directly with the CEO on product strategy, roadmap, and other strategic topics, acting as a thought partner and complementing his way of working


• Work along the entire customer journey: from discovery interviews with prospects through onboarding and daily usage to expansion and renewal, improving the product experience at every step


• Spend a lot of time with customers, on-site and remote: understand their workflows, pain points, and business better than they do themselves


• Define clear business priorities and requirements, while our delivery team handles the technical specification and execution


• Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to make sure new features land with customers, get adopted, and drive revenue


• Think commercially: what drives revenue, what reduces churn, what justifies a price uplift


• Work data-driven: use our analytics, make decisions based on facts, not gut feeling


• Help shape how we scale Product Management at ToolSense

• Genuine passion for products, for customers, and for the work it takes to connect both well


• Detail-oriented: you don't miss edge cases and you don't ship anything half-finished


• Commercial thinking: you understand how product and business model connect


• A real appetite for intensive customer contact, including on-site visits


• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)


• Based in Vienna
