About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Preparation Engineer who will play a key role in bridging engineering and manufacturing. This
position focuses on transforming engineering outputs into efficient,
production -ready processes and documentation, ensuring a smooth and structured
production start.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a growing,
highly automated manufacturing environment with strong cross -functional
collaboration.

Contract Type: Full -time permanent employment
Responsibility Scope
Production Preparation & Industrialization:
• Convert engineering data (eBOM) into structured, production -ready
manufacturing data (mBOM)
• Define assembly processes, manufacturing routings, and workstation concepts
• Support efficient and smooth production ramp -up
Documentation & Process Definition:
• Create and maintain work instructions and production documentation
• Prepare manufacturing documents for busbar and sheet metal processing
• Ensure clear and standardized documentation structures
Planning & Coordination:
• Ensure material availability in collaboration with relevant departments
• Support capacity planning and effort estimation
• Implement engineering changes into production -relevant systems
Cross -functional Collaboration:
• Act as an interface between engineering and production teams
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency
• Support problem -solving and continuous process alignment
Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of production preparation processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and documentation
standards
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
• Completed technical education (electrical, mechanical, or
similar field)
• Strong technical understanding and problem -solving skills
• Structured, process -oriented way of working with high attention to detail
• Experience with MS Office; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Native/Fluent German is a must, good English communication skills advantage
(written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset, hands -on attitude, and willingness to learn and grow
