Professional Services Consultant (f/m/d)

We’re looking for a passionate German-speaking Professional Services Consultant (f/m/x) to join our team! You’ll focus on project-based work across various accounts, becoming an expert on the Adverity platform. If you have a digital marketing background and enjoy simplifying complex customer needs, then this is an ideal position for you!

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna office, where we’d love to see you 1–2 times per week.

Some of the things you’ll work on:

• Act as a trusted point of contact for the customer on all solution-related issues and product features.
• Provide deployment advisory services, including development of best practices, recommendations and configurations.
• Take a consultative approach and provide insight to customers to ensure they get the most out of the platform, with the goal of growing our customer base and increasing adoption and retention.
• Measure customer engagement with the company and provide feedback to other teams on product and service improvements.
• Support our Account Management team with upselling opportunities through technical product demonstrations.
• Be part of our growing Professional Services team and contribute to our strong team culture in regular sharing sessions.

We’re excited if you have:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience - ideally in a SaaS environment or in a media agency.
• Proven experience with upselling, customer training, and client development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong IT affinity, analytical and problem solving mindset.
• Soft Skills: A customer-focused team player with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Empathetic and positive attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed. Fluent in both English and German.

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum yearly salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is €44,450. We offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
