You\u0027ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross\u2011functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the PANEL\u2011Salzburg business unit \u2013 the center of excellence for advanced packaging wet chemical solutions \u2013 a strategically acquired branch to expand Lam\u2019s technology portfolio and an investment into future technology.\n\n### What you\u0027ll do\n\n * Lead strategically important projects \u0026 programs, solve complex business problems.\n * Control and lead interdisciplinary projects/programs while using your experience to accomplish the best possible outcome measured against success criteria (quality, time, cost).\n * Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.\n * Build, develop, and lead the cross\u2011functional team through the entire project/program.\n * Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\n * Provide frequent program summaries (reports) for internal and external customers.\n * Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.\n * Partner with cross\u2011functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.\n * Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\n\n\n\n### Who we\u0027re looking for\n\n#### Minimum Qualifications\n\n * 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management (lead project manager)\n * Project management qualifications/certifications\n * Experience coordinating cross\u2011functional teams and influencing stakeholders\n * Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support (e.g. risk assessment and mitigation)\n * Microsoft 365 skills\n\n\n\n#### Preferred Qualifications\n\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus\n * Relevant experience in equipment build industry\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory \u0026 German)\n * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2\n\n\n\n### What We\u0027re Offering \n\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education.
