What to do:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of projects in an agile environment

• Ensuring smooth processes and communication between all stakeholders

• Supporting the introduction and continuous improvement of modern workplace solutions

• Independently organizing tasks and appointments

• Creating and updating compliance documentation

• Coordinating changes in the modern workplace environment

• Taking ownership of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and smaller SaaS solutions within the Modern Work domain

Must-Haves:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Agile methodology mindset

• Basic technical understanding

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Independent and structured working style

• Team-oriented attitude

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the modern workplace environment

• Experience managing small to medium-sized projects

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaboration

• Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft 365

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year.
