Project Manager (f/m/d)

As a Project Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the product management team at Nuki. You will be responsible for managing engineering projects according to the objectives set by all involved stakeholders, and you will keep the overarching milestones in mind during planning and implementation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the ongoing development of our digital service portfolio and thus actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

• You plan, manage and report engineering projects in line with our governance framework, the product roadmap and milestones set thereon.
• You coordinate project teams and members, as well as external stakeholders where necessary to reach set project milestones.
• You work with a strong data-driven approach and report project KPIs (e.g. budget, timings, dependencies) to respective stakeholders including the management.
• You ensure cross-alignment through a clear flow of communication and reporting across all involved departments and partners.
• You create and maintain clear project documentation in close coordination with product managers and relevant business units.

Job Requirements

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an agile environment, and have a completed higher technical education (University/University of Applied Sciences).
• You have a high affinity for structured work and clear KPI-based reporting.
• Ideally, you hold a degree in PMP or AgilePM with a proven track record.
• You focus on what is possible, go the extra mile, and embrace new challenges.
• You show high flexibility and drive for improvement and can motivate others to contribute to reach a common goal.
• You are fluent in German and proficient in Business English. 
• You ave excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ideally, you bring knowledge and understanding of consumer businesses and (smart home) technologies.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
