Project Manager (f/m/d) Track Brakes

• COORDINATION... of all internal projects (innovation, production support, value engineering, efficiency optimization) of the Centers of Excellence "Track Brake" and "Safe Energy"


• LEADERSHIP... of own internal projects using agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN)


• RESPONSIBILITY... as "Product Owner" for the electronic control system "MagnetControl", including:
  
  
  
  • Technical coordination of a cross-functional, multidisciplinary, agile development team
  
  
  • Influencing the requirements for the product (the "WHAT") and acceptance of the technical implementation by the product team (the "HOW")
  
  
  • Marketing of the product internally and externally
  
  
  
  


• DOCUMENTATION... in project management (SAP-PPM) and task management tools (JIRA)


• RESTRUCTURING... of internal project management processes and project documentation


• SHAPING... the mobility of the future

• HTL, FH, TU in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering


• Experience in project management and passion for using agile methods of collaboration


• Enjoyment of interacting with different cultures, internal interfaces and customers


• Willingness to travel, on average 3-5 days per month, also internationally possible (focus on India)

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,400 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
