• Services & After Sales project planning & coordination
• Cost estimating and preperation of customer offers for projects, spare parts, maintenance
• Building strategic partnerships and negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Execution of customer complaints (cost and development control)
• Coordination of the relevant departments (purchasing, work preperation, assembly, shipping)
• 24-hour technical hotline (occasionally)

• Completed technical training with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering
• Professional experience in technical project management (automotive industry would be an advantage)
• MS Project, CAD and SAP knowledge an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• High own quality standards as well as independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel of approx. 20%
