Qualifications:
  • Ability to gather content from project managers, software engineers, CTOs and put together as one and present to the client.
  • 8+ years’ Federal proposal experience
  • Help lead the solutioning.
  • Not a consultant - Stability 3-5 YEARS, No job hopping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Federal civilian agencies proposal writing
  • Yes, USDA (US Department of Agriculture)
  • NOT a lot of DoD, DIA, Army, Military, Navy
  • Software development writing
  • Shipley Training and conferences
  • 2-3 Days onsite in Vienna, VA
Understanding and experience with
  • FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
  • Shipley Process
  • Agile SCRUM
CERTIFICATIONS:
  • APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification a plus
  • CSM (Certified SCRUM Master) a plus
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
