QA Processes & Auditing Professional

You want to contribute in ensuring premium quality? We are seeking  a Quality Assurance Professional focusing on processes, enhancing standardization and auditing related to our Co-Packers and external suppliers to join our team in Ludesch/Vorarlberg.

In this position you ensure the management and compliance of our food safety and quality standards as well as our continuous improvement processes at all our global partners' facilities.

Processes & Standards

You ensure that all processes are followed and kept up-to-date and support our partners in quality related issues to fulfill and our high standards.

Auditing

You conduct audits, submit complete and accurate audit reports and follow up on the corrective and preventive action plans. The communication and the involvement of all stakeholders, internal and external, is crucial in this diverse role and makes the difference.

Continuous Improvement

Developing and improving our QA auditing standards is a major task. Furthermore you actively participate and/or lead cross-functional meetings related to our Co-Packers' improvement.

Food Safety

Contributing to our food safety system and reporting identified failures and hazard is also part of your role.

+2 years of work experience in the food industry, beverage industry is a plus

Completed studies (food technology, chemistry or related field) or comparable education 

Knowledge of HACCP and GMP

Knowledge of GFSI certifications and/or ISO 9001

Fluent in English, German is a plus

IT user skills 

Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

Very good organizational skills, structured working style, ability to document precisely

Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills

Teamplayer and openess to travel

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.441,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
