## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nYou will oversee the performance and continuous improvements of our product quality along the entire product life cycle \u2013 form the product idea and development to market introduction and volume manufacturing until the end of the product life. \n\nAs our customers perspective is in our focus you will drive non-conformances out of the global install base of our products to the root cause \u0026 corrective action (RCCA) process. To this end, you will act as the central quality function within the Clean product line acting in a cross-functional environment of all product aspects, such as development / engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. In this leading quality position, you will make the difference of the non-conformance management towards quality excellence. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Act as an interface to the regional quality program leaders (QPLs) and the functional quality managers (FQMs) in a worldwide network \n\n\n * Actively monitoring of quality performance and incoming quality records, report quality performance to defined quality objectives \n\n\n * Drive decisions for quality investigations and improvements in a cross functional team environment Lead cross functional quality teams \n\n\n * Prevent quality escapes upfront in the early product development stage, by using adequate quality methods and by driving lessons learned form the Install base quality into the development programs. \n\n\n * Analyse quality performance data and trends, identify systematics, initiate systematically improvements on our products and the quality management system \n\n\n * Bridge quality performance to financial impact (Cost of Quality) and the quality improvements activities \n\n\n * Act as a quality mentor for quality case owners (QCOs) \n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager who strives for continuous improvement or even a positive change in the quality of our products and systems. The constantly evolving market, technology and customer expectations should encourage the candidate to actively participate in the exciting quality journey we are on and positively influence our interdisciplinary global quality network.\n\n * Technical background on Semiconductor Equipment \n * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree; or 3 years and a Master\u2019s degree; or equivalent work experience.\n * Fundamental understanding and experience in quality management systems (QMS)\n * Experience in Quality methods like 8D\n * Project management capabilities, leadership skills\n * Data analysis capabilities - from data mining to data analysis and conclusions\n * Fluent English is a must, German language skills are beneficial\n * Quality certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus \n\n\n\n## What we\u0027re offering\n\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group F. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills.
