WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Complete check-in and check-out procedures.

• Assist with reviewing arrival lists and welcoming guests.

• Attend to guests and help with basic inquiries.

• Support guests with simple tasks such as bookings, travel arrangements, or taking messages.

• Refer guest complaints to the appropriate colleagues or team leadership when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards during your shifts.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• First experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Computer skills.

• A customer-oriented and friendly attitude.

• An open-minded personality and enjoyment in interacting with guests.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, including at short notice.

Note: This position is for flexible ad hoc staff who can support our reception team as needed, in both day and night shifts.
