Your Responsibilities & Your Profile

You feel comfortable using systems and data, including SAP SuccessFactors, to keep processes efficient and transparent. You use insights to improve how we recruit and make informed decisions.

While much of your work happens digitally, you value being present on‑site in Leoben — supported by the flexibility of home‑office days when needed.
