You’re the driving force behind our brand in DACH and the UK, making sure The Social Hub shows up in Vienna, Berlin and the UK in a way that people can’t ignore. From big-picture strategy to local activations, you’ll create marketing that grabs attention, sparks conversations and drives growth. You’ll be the connector between global campaigns and local culture, translating our vision into real impact on the ground. Whether it’s digital buzz, PR stories or unforgettable events, you’ll make sure our brand is everywhere it needs to be. You’ll also be the coach who inspires and grows your team. What You’ll Do 

• Design and deliver regional marketing strategies that tie into global plans but feel local and authentic 


• Shape our digital presence with smart content, campaigns and a strong social media calendar 


• Build partnerships and host events that put our brand at the centre of city life 


• Create campaigns that fuel awareness, engagement and conversion across B2C and B2B 


• Dive into market research to uncover trends, customer needs and competitor moves 


• Manage budgets and resources to get the best impact for every euro 


• Lead and coach your team to bring out their best work 


• Work with media, PR and community partners to spread our story far and wide 

What You’ll Have 

• You have 7-9 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or travel 


• You bring a strong strategic mindset and know how to connect marketing to business growth 


• You’re fluent in English (German a big plus), with excellent communication skills 


• You’re confident in digital marketing, from social media to content and email 


• You have experience with PR, media and brand partnerships 


• You’re data-driven, creative and not afraid to try new ideas 


• You bring leadership skills and enjoy coaching others 


• You’re open to travel and thrive in a collaborative, international setup
