Account Associate
Location: Remote (based in Austria or Germany)
Employment: Full-time

Talk Online Panel is one of Europe’s largest online market research panel providers, active in 25 countries and supporting top agencies and clients with actionable insights. To strengthen our commercial and project coordination efforts, we are looking for a full-time Account Associate to join our international team.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle incoming project inquiries and prepare tailored, commissionable proposals
- Regularly communicate with clients via email and phone, providing updates, feedback, and planning upcoming research needs
- Act as Key Account Associate for selected clients and support outbound efforts by drafting offers and aligning with the operations team
- Arrange legal documents and contracts for won projects
- Monitor proposal conversion rates and suggest improvements to management
- Maintain and update the project pipeline in the CRM
- Exchange best practices with team members
- Conduct client feedback calls and biannual planning check-ins
- Review account status and opportunities regularly with your manager
- Experience or strong motivation to grow in account management or client service
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in drafting proposals, managing timelines, and aligning across teams
- Proactive and client-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Good command of MS Office and CRM tools
