Content Lead

About the Role

As Content Lead, you'll be the voice of a fast-growing fintech company — and its founders. Sitting within the Growth team, you'll own the full content function, from founder-led LinkedIn strategy to long-form thought leadership, playing a direct role in how the brand reaches and resonates with its target audience.

What You'll Do

• Ghostwrite and manage founders' LinkedIn presence, turning their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.

• Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence, driving engagement, conversation, and conversion on the platform.

• Write long-form content — blogs, white papers, and case studies — that establishes genuine thought leadership in the fintech/identity space.

• Guard brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.

• Extract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights, rather than waiting for detailed briefs.

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles, with a strong portfolio of compelling copy.

• Proven ability to write in someone else's voice — through executive ghostwriting, managing a founder's social presence, or similar work.

• Deep expertise with LinkedIn as a channel: what earns attention, what converts, and how to grow an audience.

• Experience writing long-form content including blogs, white papers, and case studies.

• Ability to develop and steward brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.

• Self-directed working style — comfortable shaping narratives from conversations and raw material with minimal briefs.

• Experience managing social media content strategy and execution on professional platforms.

• Background writing about B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity/compliance domains is a plus.

• Prior experience working closely with founders or C-level executives on content and communications is a plus.

Location

Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within the EU. Primary hire location is Austria. Visa sponsorship is not available.
