Arbeitsbeschreibung - Conversion Optimization Manager (all genders)

Carrying out detailed user journey analyses with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare
Identification of optimization potentials along the customer journey and independent implementation of these in the CMS (e.g. Pimcore, AEM)
Development and implementation of measures that enable structured data to improve the visibility and findability of content
Use of LLMs to generate content and optimization of content for LLMs
Automation of content workflows to increase efficiency
Active customer consulting and presentation of self-developed optimization measures

At least 3 years of experience in conversion optimization or a related field
Confident use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare
Experience in using content management systems such as Pimcore and AEM
Sound knowledge of SEO and experience in optimizing content for search engines
Your knowledge in the use of LLMs for content generation and optimization as well as in the automation of workflows (e.g. n8n) distinguishes you
Strong communication skills in German and English (business fluent) and experience in advising customers
