This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote COP Operations Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for Common Operational Picture (COP) activities within the Command and Control (C2) portfolio. Your expertise will facilitate planning, coordination, and execution of COP initiatives, while engaging with a diverse community of stakeholders. You will work to ensure COP accuracy and interoperability, contributing to assessments and modernization efforts. This is a significant opportunity to impact operational effectiveness and support enterprise decision-making.
Accountabilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of COP-related activities
- Action day-to-day tasking and issue resolution across the COP community
- Support assessments, sustainment, and modernization of COP capabilities
- Integrate system, data, and stakeholder inputs to maintain COP accuracy
- Provide COP technical expertise on the NMCC watch floor
- Lead capability demonstrations to agencies and partners
- Liaison with program management offices to resolve critical site issues
- Provide operational insights and recommendations for decision-making
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting COP systems or joint C2 operations
- U.S. Citizenship
- Preferred: Direct experience with GCCS-J, Agile Client, SAGE
