Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Success Consultant

Txture is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will utilize the Txture product suite and your cloud expertise to manage our client projects and create tailored solutions for our clients to ensure that they get value from Txture. You will lead technical sessions to onboard new clients and partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of Txture software. Supporting the sales team is also a key part of your responsibilities, as you will provide essential technical details in the sales cycle to attract new clients. Collaboration is central to this position - you will work closely with the product team, sharing insights from client interactions to further develop our software. 

  • Manage and coordinate client projects to onboard them and lead them to success

  • Identify the needs of clients and partners and offer technical solutions and support

  • Support product sales as a technical expert for the client-facing sales team

  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and system integrators

  • Provide training and guidance to both partners and clients

  • Prepare and deliver informative and engaging product demonstrations tailored to our clients' needs

  • Work closely with the product team to drive product strategy, roadmap items, and feature requests to address customer needs

  • A degree in STEM and/or strong IT experience

  • Knowledge of/experience in the cloud ecosystem, FinOps, IT transformation, or willingness to continuously expand your knowledge

  • General technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software products

  • Analytical mind and problem-solving / solution-oriented mindset

  • Project management experience

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria

  • On-site in Vorarlberg (Unterland) or Innsbruck/Tyrol area; alternatively remote work option

  • Entrepreneurial spirit - ability to flourish in a fast-paced start-up environment, results-focused, and a can-do attitude

  • Our salary is based on the IT collective agreement in Austria, with the intention of overpayment. The salary includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses/commissions
