Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their unique challenges and business goals through in-depth consultations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing client support.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the value of our products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant advice and guidance.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
