Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, effectively managing inquiries and providing tailored assistance.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to support follow-ups and service enhancements.

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is also necessary.
