Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements.
• Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high satisfaction levels.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Document client feedback and experiences to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related technology role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify client needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of technology solutions is desirable, along with a willingness to learn new systems and methodologies.
• A high level of organization and self-motivation, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
