Arbeitsbeschreibung - Field Application Engineer PCB Tools (m/w/d)

Advise customers on the optimal use of PCB tools such as Siemens Xpedition, PADS, HyperLynx, PartQuest and Valor or DownStream CAM350 and BluePrint.
Investigate, evaluate and develop solutions to technical questions about the use of PCB tools in hardware development.
Provide full support to users by answering questions about the license model, technical options, implementation and much more.
Train hardware developers and layout designers in the use of PCB tools in online seminars and on site.
Shorten your customers' design cycles by optimizing the use of your tools.
Support the sales team by presenting product demos in presales.

Several years of experience in dealing with customers, e.g. in technical support for software applications.
Technical understanding to ensure signal integrity in PCB design.
User experience with PCB tools such as Xpedition, PADS, HyperLynx, PartQuest, Valor, Altium Designer or OrCAD is a plus.
Passion for pushing the technical possibilities of software tools to the limit.
Business fluent in German and English to communicate with customers, suppliers and international colleagues within the Var Group.
