Financial Controller (Vienna, or select EU locations)

The Swiss-based Tito & Friends holding group is an owner-managed group of companies employing 200 people in 10 countries. We are looking for a motivated early-career Financial Controller to join our team for full-time. Based in our headquarters in Vienna, Austria, or working remotely, you’ll be part of a diverse team that values quality, collaboration, and work-life balance.- Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect internal planning data, processing it and importing it into the internal controlling system; analyze such data for trends and insights. 
- Communicate with our external accounting teams, collecting accounting data, processing it and importing it into internal controlling system. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive financial planning, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making across our departments; provide insights and KPIs to the leadership team to guide decision-making and improve profitability.- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 
- 1-3 years of experience in financial control, auditing, or a similar role. 
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with the Lucanet software is a bonus. 
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (German, Italian, Czech, BCS, Hungarian, Romanian or Bulgarian) are a plus. 
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team and also work independently in a remote setup.- Competitive salary and benefits package.
