Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Customer Care Representative for a renowned Logistics Company! This is a unique opportunity to work in the logistics sector while enjoying fully paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. If you are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the logistics industry, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German across various channels including phone, email, and live chat for logistics inquiries.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and ensure timely deliveries and service excellence.
  • Document all customer interactions and manage information flow in our CRM system accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions.
  • Stay informed on logistics trends and company services to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector, is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and logistics software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation to embrace a new adventure!
