Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and product explanations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Stay up to date on banking regulations, product offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support clients during the onboarding process and answer questions related to banking procedures.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking products, services, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service.
