Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to oil and gas products, services, and account management.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for reporting purposes.
• Support the sales team by providing insights from customer feedback to enhance service offerings.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy, oil, or gas sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
