Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Finance Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and are dedicated to providing outstanding support to clients. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients primarily in German, assisting them with their financial inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about financial services, investment options, and regulations.
  • Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and transaction inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on financial market trends and updates to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the finance sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
