Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients in the healthcare sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services, products, and documentation.
• Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and internal teams to deliver accurate information and support to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and industry regulations.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Support clients through various processes, providing information and guidance where needed.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping others navigate the system.
