Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning media and entertainment inquiries.
• Assist customers with subscription services, content access, technical issues, and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest offerings and updates in the media and entertainment sector to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance user experience.
• Maintain a customer-first approach to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or telecommunications sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for media and entertainment, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
