Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback within the company’s CRM system for effective record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a team to enhance service quality and share best practices for customer engagement.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for the travel industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
