Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support in German for various international brands.
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and service delivery.
• Document all customer interactions accurately using the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to build product knowledge.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
