Your expertise will not only help to build and maintain strong relationships but also drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify lucrative opportunities for growth within our customer base. What You'll Do

  • Trusted Advisor & Campaign Strategist: You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading the onboarding of new clients and developing high-performing PPC campaigns that are both impactful and sustainable for long-term success.
  • Proactive Engagement & Sales: Engage in high-volume outbound customer calls daily to promote and sell our services. You will actively listen to understand their unique objectives and craft tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Driving Growth & Upselling: Take on the responsibility of increasing client spending and proactively identifying upselling opportunities. Your strategic thinking will be key to unlocking substantial opportunities within the German market.
  • Operational Excellence: Meticulously create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete and accurate information to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Educational Foundation: A BA/BS degree is required, with an MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications being a strong plus.
  • Language Proficiency: You must possess a native-level command or C2 proficiency in both German and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and navigate all business contexts.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing is essential, with a proven track record of client-facing roles in high-stakes environments.
  • Independence & Proactivity: You must be a self-motivated professional who can work independently while actively collaborating with team members, consistently delivering impactful results.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong expertise in managing customer relationships and improving business outcomes using CRM systems is vital. You should also regularly integrate AI tools into your workflows to interpret insights and personalize client outreach.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to a wide range of audiences. You are goal-oriented and contribute actively to team success.

  • In-depth Market Understanding: You have a clear and nuanced understanding of the German market, including its cultural nuances, business etiquette, and key practices.
  • Strategic & Analytical Capability: You can identify and target companies with high growth potential, conduct competitor analysis, and analyze market trends to inform strategic positioning. Your ability to manage more sophisticated questions about ROI and platform integration is essential.
  • Navigating Complexities: You are skilled in complex problem-solving and can confidently manage complex stakeholder structures, including multiple agencies and skeptical customers.
  • Regulatory & Data Privacy Awareness: You possess knowledge of local regulations, especially concerning data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and can tailor your outreach strategies to address clients' high focus on data protection.
  • Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: You can demonstrate a strong understanding of the existing digital marketing ecosystem in each German region and effectively position Google Ads as a valuable and integrated solution.
