• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system clearly and accurately.

• Participate in training and development sessions to boost product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
