Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients
• Help clients with mobility and physical support, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being, reporting any significant changes to the care team
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to follow personalized care plans
• Engage in ongoing training and personal development to enhance caregiving skills

• Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic approach towards client care and well-being
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural setting
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in home care or health support are advantageous
• Basic computer skills for recording and documentation are preferred
