Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently and effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to foster long-term satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Accurately document all customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in training programs and meetings to enhance service quality.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

• Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
