Was du tun wirst

Kampagnenmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung digitaler Kampagnen und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden.
Kundenkommunikation: Mit deinem zwischenmenschlichen Geschick baust du langfristige Beziehungen auf und sorgst für eine exzellente Zusammenarbeit.
Analyse und Optimierung: Du bringst deine Neugier ein, analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse und entwickelst datenbasierte Verbesserungen.
Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten: Du bist immer einen Schritt voraus, erkennst Herausforderungen und findest passende Lösungen.
Zusammenarbeit im Team: Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen bringst du unsere Projekte voran und lernst jeden Tag dazu.

Was du brauchst

Relevante Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Praxis in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit: Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Projektmanagement, Kampagnenmanagement o. Ä
Kundenorientierung: Du hast Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten.
Komplexes Denken: Du kannst Herausforderungen schnell erfassen und strukturierte Ansätze entwickeln.
Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne im Team zusammen, bist kommunikativ und bringst eine positive Energie mit.
Reflektiertes Handeln: Du bist offen für Feedback, lernst gerne dazu und hast den Mut, Neues auszuprobieren.
Digital-Affinität: Die digitale Welt fasziniert dich, und du bringst Neugierde für neue Technologien und Trends mit.
Sprach-Skills: Du bringst Deutsch auf native-Niveau und fließendes Englisch mit.
