Are you ready to grow your expertise in Meta Ads and drive impactful campaigns?
We’re looking for a Junior Meta Ads Specialist (f/m/d) to support the execution and optimization of campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. If you love working with data, testing new strategies, and improving campaign performance, we’d love to meet you!
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in audience research, interest-based targeting, lookalike audiences, and bid strategy adjustments.
  • Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copy variations, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure ads align with business goals and drive results.
  • Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, new features, and best practices.
  • 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads setup, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and ability to collaborate in a team.

  • Working Hours: 38,5h
  • Salary: The salary for this position starts at € 2.200 per month. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.

  • Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
