We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (f/m/x) for the European market to join our team at our Innsbruck office on a full-time basis.As our Logistics Specialist (f/m/x), you act as the crucial link between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners. You coordinate inbound shipments with our partners, ensure full customs compliance, and maintain essential master data in our systems and databases. With a hands-on, solution-driven mindset, you support logistics management by preparing data and facilitating clear, effective communication.

Act as the link between suppliers, internal departments, and external partners
Coordinate inbound shipments with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider and ensure delivery targets are met
Ensure documents comply with legal requirements to ensure smooth import
Maintain key master data such as tariff classifications
Support logistics management with data preparation and reporting

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize based on business needs
Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Experience as a dispatcher, traffic manager, or with import processes and documentation in Europe
Good understanding of international transport (Air & Ocean)
Strong Excel skills and confident writing in business English
Completed “Speditionskaufmann/-frau” apprenticeship is an advantage
