Arbeitsbeschreibung - Performance Marketing & CRM Analyst (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and customer engagement?
Do you love analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing campaigns to achieve outstanding results? Are you both, analytical and creative? If you are eager to enhance customer relationships and drive measurable impact in digital advertising, you are just what we are looking for!
  • Analyze first-party data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for growth, with a strong focus on existing customers and CRM strategies.
  • Deduct clear, actionable measures from data insights to optimize marketing and customer retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track key performance metrics and develop data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and manage customer segments to enable personalized marketing and loyalty strategies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to optimize targeted marketing campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Workplace: Holzkern Headquarters in Vienna and Home Office
  • Salary: The salary for this position is between € 1.300 - € 1.800 gross. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
