Accountabilities
- Define high-level business objectives with clients and develop project plans.
- Lead teams through the data science lifecycle from problem definition to deployment.
- Research and apply advanced data science methodologies and tools.
- Train clients in managing and maintaining data-driven solutions.
- Generate value-driving initiatives and manage client relationships.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in a STEM-related field such as Operations Research or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, including linear programming and integer programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or optimization platforms like AIMMS/AMPL.
- Experience with open-source and commercial solvers, such as Gurobi or CPLEX.
- Familiarity with simulation tools like Arena or Anylogic.
- Experience in end-to-end data science project delivery.
- 5+ years of practical data science and consulting experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects.
