We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Manager to further develop our product. As we scale the product and expand further into the market, your expertise will be crucial in defining the product roadmap, driving feature innovation, and positioning our solution as a market leader in the cybersecurity domain.As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring that our product evolves beyond market standards.
 

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision and strategy, prioritize features based on market trends and customer insights, and align business and technical priorities across teams.
• Product Development & Execution: Translate customer needs into clear requirements, work with engineering on execution, and ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitors, gather customer feedback, and drive innovation for continuous improvement.
• Product Marketing & GTM Strategy: Define product value and positioning, support sales teams with presentations and demos, and lead customer onboarding.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Ensure alignment between technical and non-technical teams, provide training, and work with leadership on long-term strategy.

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven individual who is excited about shaping a cybersecurity product from the ground up.
 

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams.
• Hands-on experience in market research, competitor analysis, and feature definition.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles for mobile products and basic design skills.
• Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

nice to have: 

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of business models and pricing strategies for SaaS products.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.950,00 gross/month (ST2/‘Einstiegsstufe’) based on full-time employment. Of course, there is a willingness to overpay in line with the market depending on qualifications and professional experience.
