Psycholog*in mit Schwerpunkt Psychometrie / Data Science (m/w/x)

• Development and validation of psychometric tests for the Vienna Test System
• Design and implementation of validation studies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychometric tests
• Analysis of psychometric data to optimize existing and new tests, including the writing of test manuals
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Research on the latest developments in psychometrics, data science, and AI to help us innovate our products
• Publication of research findings in scientific journals and presenting them at national and international conferences

• Degree in Psychology, Statistics or a comparable field
• Solid knowledge of psychological assessments and psychometrics
• Experience in statistics and quantitative methodology
• Knowledge of machine learning / AI is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in R, SPSS, and MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Good German skills or the willingness to learn the language
